is there an age requirement to record at the bottledbeats studio?

In short, no, however we find our sweet spot is between the ages of 3-7. But that doesn’t mean you can’t come in with a younger child to record baby babble or with an older who is a more seasoned singer. 3-7 is simply the age range that we find the attention span needed to use the equipment and the cuteness of the singing to be optimal.

what if my child isn’t a singer?

No worries! We have kids that love to “read” in which case, we can find a track to accompany the story they recite into the mike. Whatever you want to record, we’re game!

what is a special edit?

Included with the BombBeats package, we can take a song of your choosing and discuss options for doing something more fun with the editing such as auto-tuning (the TPain edit,) chipmunk edit, electronic dance party edit, mash-up, etc. Because no song is the same, you can discuss options with “Beat Master” Dan during your session to decide on the edit that makes most sense for the song. Want to add on a special edit to a different package? Just ask!

what is the costume bar?

We’ve found that our BottledBeaters enjoy getting into character with dress-up when the song fits, so for select packages, we provide a variety of costumes and accessories your child can don while belting out their tunes. “Let it Go” just has more oomph to it (not to mention cute pictures and videos) when your tot is decked out in an Elsa dress :)

do you travel?

Yes, we travel if coming to our studio isn’t convenient! Please see the BusyBeats section of our “Packages + Pricing” page for more details.

what forms of payment do you accept?

BottledBeats accepts payments through our business Venmo and PayPal accounts. We also accept cold hard cash. We require a 50% deposit to book your session (24 hour cancellation policy) and accept the balance of the price of your package on the day of your session. That said, stuff happens and we’re reasonable people who want you to be 100% delighted with your BottledBeats experience.
